Advanced Production Techniques

To begin with, the metal is unrolled from large coils which are loaded onto cradles by a crane. Then, the edge forming equipment rolls and shapes the edges. This is followed by gluing and pin-spotting the insulation. Finally, the brake forms the metal into an L-shape which can be easy assembled in the field. 

Only one machine handles all these functions automatically, without any manual supervision. This fabrication method results in high-precision jobs reduces material wastage and is cost-effective.
