Our Finn-Power Shear Genius Flexible Manufacturing Cell offers integrated
punching, shearing, up-forming, tapping, and sorting in one reliable workstation.
This hands-free process virtually eliminates the possibility of human error,
ensuring that every piece meets precise specifications. By increasing material
throughput, this high-tech machinery streamlines the manufacturing process
to make it faster, highly efficient, and more cost-effective.
Punching and up-forming are also available with our
Finn-Power F-6 free-standing Turret Press. Forming
capabilities include two Amada 14-foot 8-axis Pressbrakes,
one 170-ton and one 220-ton, to provide fast, accurate
forming for you. A dedicated welding shop offers MIG, TIG,
spot welding, and other specialty welding capabilities.
Plasma cutting, shearing, and other services are available.
Our Independent Quality Systems department approves all product before
shipment. Depending on your needs, delivery is available by our own trucking
operation or contract carrier.
